Kourtney Kardashian’s vacation home is undergoing some major renovations.

The “Kardashians” star gave a glimpse of the construction work outside her $12 million property near Palm Springs, Calif., on her Instagram Story on Saturday.

“hi construction zone,” she captioned a video showing piles of dirt and debris.

Kardashian, 44, purchased the mansion in the upscale La Quinta neighborhood in 2021.

It features six bedrooms and eight bathrooms with panoramic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains.

Although the Lemme founder did not share what her latest project entails, she appears to be sprucing up her courtyard, which boasts a fire pit and sitting area.

The social media upload comes two months after Kardashian and her husband, Travis Barker, welcomed their first child

The reality star also shares sons Mason, 14, and Reign, 9, and daughter Penelope, 11, with her ex Scott Disick.

Barker, for his part, shares son Landon, 20, and daughter Alabama, 18, with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler.

The former pageant queen, 48, recently made headlines for calling the Kardashian family “disgusting” on a podcast.

“F–k you, that family,” she said on “Dumb Blonde” earlier this month. “I removed myself so that they couldn’t bond with my children over hating me.”

Moakler also accused the reality TV stars of bribing Landon and Alabama with fame and money.

“I think there was a lot of glitter and fame and they watched them on TV, and now their dad is dating one and they’re going to be on the show,” she theorized.

“And I think they got caught up in that, which young kids would do. They’re buying them Prada, and they’re buying them gifts, and they’re going to these events, and they’re meeting Kanye [West] and, you know, all this big stuff.”

Barker, 48, was married to Moakler from 2004 to 2008.

The Blink-182 drummer tied the knot with Kardashian in May 2022.
