For the most recent issue of Architectural Digest, Kendall Jenner welcomed us inside her exquisitely art-filled bohemian Beverly Hills house.
The private celebrity showed off her sophisticated tastes by inviting the publication to stay in her “calm” Mediterranean home.
The cover featured the stunning 23-year-old model posing in front of a vibrant light sculpture created by renowned artist James Turrell in her entryway with her Doberman Six.
Home, sweet home: Kendall Jenner welcomed Architectural Digest into her Los Angeles home for the publication of their latest issue, showcasing her upscale fashion sense and extravagant taste in art.
According to Artsy, comparable pieces from the renowned California artist’s Glass series are estimated to be worth a staggering $500k to $750k.
“Charming houses appeal to me.” Jenner said to the magazine, “When I walked into this place, I was immediately drawn to the peaceful Spanish-y, farmhouse-y vibe.” Her sprawling 6,625 square feet is arranged in a U shape.
The catwalk queen uses her home as a place to decompress from her hectic schedule.
She continued, “I wanted a home that feels serene, a place where I can just zone out and relax. My life involves a lot of chaos, travel, and high energy.”
And thanks to a stylish yet cozy living room and many additional seating spots strewn around, Kendall and friends have plenty of space to unwind.

“I’m not much of a party animal.” She clarified, “There aren’t many ragers going on here.””I enjoy lighting candles and the fireplace, turning on music, and hanging out with friends to watch NBA games.”
As a result, Kendall started to enjoy spending time in the cutting-edge kitchen.

The star has more space to entertain in the yard. A pool and hot tub surrounded by a verdant garden with tasteful tile surrounds are located outdoors.

A piece of neon art by British artist Tracey Emin, estimated to be worth between $90k and $130k, is located in her second sitting room.
Kendall has a soft place for a pair of 18th-century Italian painted door panels that face straight toward the bright pink scribble.
Those panels were present in the different houses we lived in as I grew up. When my mom was organizing one of her storage areas, I requested for them. They remind me of my early years,” she remarked.
Kendall’s art collection includes pieces by modern artists Barbara Kruger, Richard Prince, Raymond Pettibon, and Sterling Ruby, in addition to the Turrell and Emin masterpieces.
Jenner ensured she could express her own creativity by converting a home theater into an arts and crafts area featuring a tile design inspired by Art Deco.

Situated at the edge of the yard, the centrally placed primary bedroom is surprisingly spacious.
With its elaborate gilded bath and handmade stone countertops, Jenner’s private bathroom exudes luxury.
Her closet is equally amazing.Kendall claimed that the walk-in closet was her largest to date, including endless shelves for her extensive shoe and bag collection in addition to racks upon racks of space.A central island held numerous tiny drawers for accessories and similar items.
Naturally, a Kardashian/Jenner house wouldn’t be complete without the obligatory glam room—which was formerly a bedroom. The star’s magazine covers dotted the area, offering some inspiration.
In addition, there is the “fitting room” that is next door, which Kendall affectionately dubbed her “Hannah Montana room.”

Kendall enlisted the help of mother-son design duo Kathleen and Tommy Clements as well as Waldo Fernandez.
The team was impressed by their client’s vision, given her flashy profile as one of the world’s top paid models.
‘Her taste was surprising, more bohemian and funky than the rest of her family. The mood she described was totally understated and down-to-earth,’ Tommy said.
‘Being who she is, we thought Kendall might gravitate toward something more flashy, more va-va-voom. I think we were all thrilled to discover that she has taste beyond her years,’ mom Kathleen continued.
The house itself has an interesting history. Kendall bought the spot in the Mulholland Estates from actor Charlie Sheen for $8.5million in 2017. Before that it was owned by billionaire Tom Gores, one of the owners of the Detroit Pistons.
